The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Synaptool and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Synaptool.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to any content you process using our tools. Since most tools operate client-side, we never have access to your content. For tools that do process data on our servers, we do not claim ownership of your content.

In no event shall Synaptool's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid Synaptool in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100).
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
9.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
